Built in Spain in 1958, this old fishing boat had seen better and more prosperous days. Then, with equal doses of love, patience and hard work, its owners restored it as a luxury charter yacht. Today, Trotamares is a familiar sight moored at the docks of Montecarlo or sailing the turquoise waters of the French Riviera.
Mantua's kit is as pretty as the original. Laser cut wooden parts including cabin components, make assembly fast and easy. The hull is double planked, and tapered masts and yards are ready to use. Fittings include wood, cast metal, brass and photo-etched pieces, plus cotton rigging line. Large plans and instructions smooth your way to completion. The finished model is a welcome addition to any collection, but not designed for radio control.
